Statement Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257

Tantralux is an online advertising directory. The site operator does not produce, create, film or photograph any of the visual content published and is not a "producer", primary or secondary, within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

All images published are uploaded exclusively by third-party, independent advertisers, who are solely responsible for the content. With respect to such material, the operator acts exclusively as a hosting service provider within the meaning of Directive 2000/31/EC and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065.

Each advertiser, as a condition for using the service, warrants that:

• every person depicted in the uploaded material was at least 18 years of age at the time it was created;
• every person depicted has given written consent to the publication of their images;
• the advertiser holds and retains the required documentation and produces it on request.

Age-verification documentation is collected and retained by the operator before the activation of each listing, in compliance with personal data protection legislation.
